Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 48 hours within your appointment time without further charge. All deposits are non refundable and non transferable. This is inclusive of bridal deposits.
Patch Test policy
It is the clients own sole responsibility to ensure they have booked and attended a patch test prior to any brow or lash service. Failure to do so will result in no service with full payment required.
No show policy
Clients who no show appointments will be required to pay the full amount of their total appointment cost. Failure to do so will result in blocking from the system.
Late Comer policy
I hold the right to cancel appointments at any given time should clients run any later than 10 minutes. The business works on a scheduled basis, and cannot run smoothly with late comers. Full appointment fee will be charged.
I am based above Ashgrove Furnishings in Portadown. Steps to the right of the building. I am in unit 7A. Free parking on site.
